1. Via computer, you can visit one site that offers free themes, eg http://www.blackberrythemes.net/ choose a theme you like, then click download. How to install is not too difficult. You must have a desktop manager that is installed on your computer. Connect your cell phone using a data cable vision. Wait until the desktop manager to recognize your cell phone and select application loader> add / remove application click start. It should launch a compatible application to your cell phone. Ignore existing, click browse, located at the bottom. Find a theme file you have downloaded. Click open; make sure the little box next to the theme of information on the mark. Make sure there again writing install in box action, for this theme click Next. Done.
2. Via OTA, usually you get the download link to your email. Open the email on the BlackBerry, and then click the link provided. Download page will appear and the installation. Click download and wait until the end. Once completed, these themes are automatically installed on your cell phone.
